I haven't met Scott in person though have been communicating by phone and text. He repaired an exterior door and helped solve a water problem at a rental house I own in Gulfport. Simply outstanding, responsive, professional, punctual. Thank you, Scott!

Scotty is excellent to work with. He takes time to explain options and make recommendations, and his work is top-notch. He even took the time to give me advice and assistance on another project that I was doing myself. Plus, he's the sort of person you can be comfortable having in and around your home. I will definitely use him again on future projects.

She had old rickety built-in cabinetry in her kitchen, doors that wouldn't close, etc.  He fixed sagging shelves. He put in new hinges
where needed. He removed the cabinet doors and shaved them down so they would
close. He also sanded down the cabinets and then painted all the cabinets and the kitchen walls & ceiling. 
He removed two old ceiling fans and replaced them with ones we had purchased.
There was also a common wall in her living room/dining room where he installed wainscoting. 
He also made repairs on every bi-folding closet door in the house. They were all out of whack, some needed new hardware so they would work properly. 
I was impressed with his work because A) the walls were anything but level or square or plumb. The wainscoting took time because  he had to install it ?out of square'  if you will...to match the ?out of square? wall. Otherwise it would not have looked level to your eye.
What looked like an easy job was not. 
He worked out all the problems, sometimes thinking outside
the box in order to not only get things looking aesthetically pleasing, but
also to get things done correctly. He doesn't take shortcuts, or cut corners.
He does all of this with a friendly upbeat demeanor too.
He is a true professional.

Prompt, professional, courteous -

Scott returned call right away, came out, diagnosed and fixed. A true craftsman and quality minded, EXPERIENCED individual. Will definitely use again, a pleasure to deal with.

Leaks are difficult to find the origin. He started with least expense in what would seal the leak. It worked but after monstrous storms, more needed. He proceeded with progressive actions informing us along the way the procedure he would use , using the most practical moves to halt the leak. We appreciated the time he took to discuss the situation with us. The leak was eventually sealed and has not leaked in a year. We made it through a central Florida rainy season

Promised door in three months. Forgot all about so waited another week. Did very nice job. It was expensive but still happy with job. I called him again for a larger job of making a large gazebo. I spoke with his wife and told her he had done some work for me.. His wife said " he is not doing any more work for anyone he is busy enough with other things. " End of story.

He did a great job. I would use him again in the future. He went above and beyond.

The price was $500. He did an excellent job. He came out when he was supposed to. He did the job as quoted. I am very pleased with him.

Overall it was great. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He did a really good job. I will use his services again in the future.

I will not use him again. He only does woodwork and he did some for me, but it needed to be painted. He said that he does not do painting and I did not want to get another guy out just to do painting. He says that he does handyman work and that I think is everything. I thought that if he was going to paint that spot, I wouldn’t have to get somebody else out. He wasn’t bad, but I did not consider the work finished. There were other things that I wanted him to do that he did not like to put bricks under a porch and he would not and would only do wood, so he is not a handyman. As a carpenter he does good work, but I brought him out here as a handyman and I would expect a handyman to do handyman work.

Did an very good job. When shelves needed additional support he came back and fixed at no charge.

SCOTTY SKILSAW is the best around. He looks at the problem and figures it out. He is honest and prompt. He shows up when he says he will. He does A+ work.

The process went very well; it took a longer amount of time that i had wished, but it was the smartest way. He would try a step to fix the leak, then waited to see if it would work. He used a progressive approach and discussed with us on a step-by-step basis to see if we agreed with the process.

He was great and help prevent further problems until I could get the roof repaired. I would recommend him for any handyman repairs.

He was punctual, reliable, and did a really good job.

He completed the work in a timely fashion. I thought the price was high at first, but then I saw his work and I think it is worth it. He was very polite and nice.

The job went fine. It was told that the repair work would not fix the problem, but the customer wanted it done. They were a little reluctant to do it. He was honest about it. They are competent and responsive. They are reasonably priced.

I have used Scotty before and called and asked if he could handle installing new shutoff's. He came out later that same day, removed the faucets and took a look at the situation. He told me he could repair these and there was no need to spend money replacing them. He went to get parts, returned within an hour. These have not leaked since and that cost me all of $60. Then I asked him if he could install a chair rail along a few walls as I could not get the angle cuts right. Not surprising because nothing built in Florida is square,plumb, or level. He measured a few different ways, explaining his thinking as he went along. In about an hour he had them installed perfectly and they were aesthetically pleasing. Cost me $40. So for a total of $100. I had two problem projects fixed in the same day.

He is very professional and I just know he is going to do a good job. He showed me his portfolio of custom furniture and pergolas; he’s built houses before but he seems more of a creative worker that makes custom pieces.
