Went well in beginning, company refuse to itemize wanted more money for wood, roof was double what was quoted and they wanted cash. They don’t accept credit cards so they can really upset ones budget.They want there money immediately before inspection that they failed first time. They are very aggressive in there collection and illegal in there collection of there cash.

"Above All Roofing, Inc provides honest and quality services. Does not provide services that fail inspections. THIS IS A FALSE ACCUSATION. A contract that stipulated the coast and estimate was shown and signed by customer in agreement before work was started. After the roof was open the customer was made aware of additional coast due to extensive wood damage to the roof and still choose to proceed with the work. Above All Roofing, Inc. does not demand cash payments. Checks or credit cards are accepted from customers. This Customer brought cashier's checks and money order after she originally wrote out bad check that was returned by Bank and charged to Above All Roofing, Inc. account. The final payment of $554.00 was provided willingly by customer. No aggressive actions were taken by the vendor to receive payment. After all everyone has the right to demand payment after their work is completed.. The final coast for the job and the address provided by customer is also wrong. Spreading false allegations is not only bad customer relation but also speaks volumes about ones personal character."

Went great .They are not the cheapest way to go but if you want quality work that's going to last I can't think of a better company to go with ! Jac is a perfectionist and it really shows . For the price I feel I got a great deal !

They were on time, on budget, and did an excellent job. They also corrected some other problems we were unaware of at no additional charged.

The crew rescheduled once, however, when they did get on site they moved very quickly and diligently. Rotten wood was addressed promptly and replaced. The completed product was great, the seams were very nicely done, and they left the area relatively clean. the old roof was gravel and some gravel was left in the the flower beds, but they picked up most of it

At first everything was going well. They came out and tried a fix and then we waited for rain. When we saw it was still leaking they would come back out and try something else. We knew going into this job that it would be a trial and error process. Eventually they stopped coming back and would not return my calls.

"The customer has not contacted us about this and we were not aware of this problem. We only recently found out about this report from another customer. We always take care of any problems and never leave our customers hanging. This is simply not a truthful account of this situation. We have always returned our customers' calls and we stand behind our work and our word."
