David did a wonderful job.  He knew I was on a tight budget and gave suggestions for the repairs that would cut my cost.  He also did a few things at no cost.  His crew was on time and completed the work as scheduled.  They were friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend him.

Prompt service, there was one punch list item and they took care of it right away

Like most 55 year old homes, nothing was really square on this house. They did a great job of custom fitting the siding to the odd angles of the structure. They brought a large crew and basically completed the work in a day. They were willing to work on the weekend to match my schedule. They moved electrical fixtures, covered up exterior phone and cable wires, filled in where an old ceiling fan sat, and replaced attic vents. Came back a second day to do the interior Florida room and clean-up. What looked like a rundown 55 year old structure now looks sharp and new with great curb appeal. Blew my Realtor away and she added him to her list of providers for her office.
I was so happy with the first job I decided to have a large workshop on the property done as well. This structure had extensive wood rot and some old termite damage around the bottom. My Realtor told my that the banks would add no value in a loan appraisal for this structure due to the damage. They replaced all the damaged wood with plywood, then sided 3 walls of the structure - I did not do the front due to a large sliding door there. Came out amazing. What was a liability or of no value will now add $6-8000 to the appraised value of the property. Again, my Realtor could not believe the difference. Completed the work in about 4-5 hours.
Overall, the estimate process went smoothly, I felt I got a fair bid without the need to haggle. It was a bit higher than my other estimate, but I was much more confident about the quality of work I would get from Wright Siding so went with what I perceived to be the better value overall. I definitely got what I paid for. Siding older structures is tricky and requires an experienced crew to do correctly. I would not hesitate to use this company again, for either whole house jobs or for small updates or repairs.
