Electrical Service
Kept telling me the parts were on back order. Then had been shipped. It was 3 weeks for a part to be shipped from Wisconsin to Fl and they did nothing to check into it. The part still is not here after 1 month. Finally when I called the generator company's customer service line I got some action and the part allegedly was shipped. In the meantime I found another provider who had the part.. The service manager also made ugly remarks about how long it took for me to get to the door. I am severely arthritic and did the best I could. It is now a month since the original order. I found another provider and got it fixed in 2 days.
