Our repair man was Luke! he was fantastic! took his time, competent, and knowledgable! These folks are great! April in the office is also great.... and is a great admin, and works to provide good service! I will hire these folks for my installs of my new front storm door when needed! And I'll ask for Luke! He's that good!

Had to wait 6 wks for installation but all screening people are overwhelmed with work right now. When our scheduled day arrived the work was done expertly. The solar screens look great and make a huge difference in heat from windows.

They were supposed to re screen windows using old frames which were stored in the shed. They did not give me an installation date, they called for payment after putting new screens (new frames cost more) shocked at the invoice, I explained that I would pay it the first week of the month. He called me daily until paid. I paid when I said I would. He even called the realtor selling my house to tell him I owed less than $300! He left me messages saying that he would just stop by the house... thank goodness I do not live there. If you use this company, it could happen to you!
