Premier Termite Pest Control LLC

I've been using PTPC for a few years now and plan to continue their service at our new home. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have while they're working. There is the yearly treatment ($325 I think?) and then the quarterly throughout the year ($60.00) I did a lot of research on services and companies in the area and I can't say enough good things about them. On a side note about termite inspections for selling/buying a house...no one has to be home unless it's specifically ordered by the owner of the property that they do.

My realtor scheduled Premier to come to my house to perform a wood destroying organism inspection on my house because it will be on the market soon. The appointment was scheduled for 5 pm on a Friday. I pulled into my driveway at 3:45pm just in time to see an individual defeating the lockbar on my fence gate and letting himself into the backyard. Let me be clear, there was NO ONE HOME. He lifted the lockbar out of the ground just far enough to where he could pull on the gate and drag it through the dirt, leaving a nice trench in the ground. I confronted him and asked him what he was doing in my backyard, and he simply replied "a termite inspection". I asked him if he knocked on the door to see if anyone was home, and he said no. He went on to explain that this is how they always do termite inspections. I still can't believe it as I type this, but this is literally what he said. He saw no problem with BREAKING INTO MY BACKYARD when no one was home. I got no phone call saying that he was there over an hour early, nor did my wife.

To summarize, a technician showed up over an hour early for an inspection when no one was home and broke into my backyard. I called the company to explain what happened and was told that a manager would call back. I have yet to hear anything. Unbelievable.

We returned home from 2-week vacation to some uninvited little creatures which rudely showed up in our absence.  We reviewed Angie's List for pest control companies and selected Premier.  Initially, their schedule was full, a good sign for their business but not for our buggy situation.  Well, the folks at Premier reworked their schedule and came out the next morning to our rescue and relief.  Kenneth did a thorough job exterminating the enemy and we were able to rest peacefully, bug and flea-free. 

They'll be treating our home quarterly and will come out in between treatments to get any survivors.  Overall, very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

They had come out earlier in June to go over the yard and give us an estimate and see if there were termites.  Nothing was found at that time but our old treatments were beginning to wear off. Up till now we did our own pest control.  After I found termites in a gardenia bush this month, we decided to get the service started immediately.  We added the pest control spray to get rid of the ants and roaches that were starting to show up in the yard and around the deck.  Pest control is separate from termite control.  $60 per quarter I believe, but the termite treatment is for a year and the warranty is great.

They were professional in every sense of the word, They explained the process and answered all of our questions. Their price is also better than other companies for the same service. I highly recommend them!

They arrived on time. Paul the technician was very professional and answered all of our questions. The technician cleaned up after himself and he worked in a very timely manor.

Chris showed up on time and was very professional.  Told us what he was going to do and did it.  Temp was in the mid 90's and then the rains came but Chris kept right on working.  We tried to get him to come in to get out of the weather for a while but he wanted to keep working since this job was going to take several hours.  Finished the job and walked us around to show what he had done.  I would have no reservations about recommending Premier to anyone.

They were great. They didn't find anything but you will never know when termites come in. We shall be having them for annual treatment. The guy who came out was very nice, very professional and I recommend them highly. He said if there is any problem before the treatment, I should call him. He gave me his number. They did not charge for the inspection. I know they are a good company. The guy who came was quick and thorough. He gave us a discount from the usual amount. They had done treatment before.

Went great.  Took his time in the mid-day hot sun, but did a thorough job.  Very ice and professional.

It was good and the prices were low and good. They're friendly and they did a very nice job.

.Found no rodents. What  looked like droppings were coffee grounds. Did discover bugs and he thoroughly spayed in and outside. He came when he said he would and did a very thorough job.We decided to have his service  on a quarterly  basis.

They haven't increased my prices all these years, and they come when they say they are going to be here. Our realtor had used them for termite inspection down here, and we just stuck with them. They do a good job, I don't have any bugs, or any termite problems.
