Kyle's Pools

not good they destroy my pool they let go of my regular gut and some new guy that said he has been doing it for 30 years didn't know what his doing made a mess of my pool and complaining about them taking away his truck now I don't know how much its going to cost to get my pool fixed

Do not use Kyle's Pool for any service to your pool. We had our liner and step redone by them and a job that was supposed to take 3 days ended up taking 2 weeks. There was absolutely no communications about what was going on. The team he had subcontracted to do the work was sloppy, left trash in our yard, and shorted out the power. They walked in and out of our backyard without letting us know they were here and would leave our back gate open when they left so the dogs could get out. There was damaged to other areas of our pool deck from lack of care while removing the concrete. The new concrete was laid next to drains they had broken instead of replacing the drains first. A month later we are still waiting on new drains to be installed. Our polaris (which was in great working condition) wouldn't work after they had left it disconnected for weeks. They claim it not to be related to their work and will not fix.

Kyle is a nice enough guy and I like him.   However, he DOESN'T return phone calls and to get him to do anything takes an act of Congress.  I've lost count of the number of unanswered phone calls and finally had to confront him in person to get anything done.  I can understand why someone would go to a Lawyer but I won't.  I still don't have the paperwork from the last (or come to think of it) or previous liner change outs.  The first one faded within a year (not Kyle's fault) due to recall by manufacturer.  Honestly, I'm afraid to call Kyle because he is friendly and I like him but dealing with him to get something done is so painful I'd rather take a hot poker and put it in my eye!  I will need him again in the future to change out the liner but, although I like Kyle, I'm not anticipating a smooth business transaction.  Kyle, because I like you, PLEASE don't make next liner change out painful!  Thank you.  There is hope.

He is wonderful and we will use him again. I give him an A rating because he does great work.
