 + -1 moreHe used Rheem brand with a 10 year warranty on both outside and inside units. He completed all this work over 2 days. He takes great pride in his work, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC engineering. I used him in the past for small air conditioning repairs and have always found him to be honest and his prices are extremely reasonable. You can look up his license and find that he is certified. I am thoroughly pleased with the installation and price for my new air conditioning system which makes my house now almost icy! My power bill was $300/month with the old system for my small 1600 square foot house, and it's now down to $175/month. I am ecstatic.
Description of Work: The address of this comany is listed incorrectly - they are located on Chicago Ave. in Pensacola, FL. Ron Maynor is the president/owner of this company and I would recommend him to everyone. He came out immediately, gave me a great price to recharge my a/c with freon that is the old kind of freon. I needed a new outside unit because it was old, as was my inside unit (19 years). I couldn't cool my house below 78 degrees. My ductwork was the original ductwork from 1963 with almost no insulation. My inside unit was located the attic which added to the problem. Ron was able to replace both my inside and outside units and all my ductwork, and put in a new thermostat, and tear out the unit in the attic and re-build my downstairs closet to house the new inside unit, for $6,200. He got me a slightly larger outside unit than I had had so that it would adequately cool my house.
