Very good communication. I knew exactly when the truck would arrive. When the driver showed up he wasted no time getting the job done. The driver was courteous and answered all my questions about septic preventative maintenance. I am very happy with the service I received and the price was reasonable. I will continue to use JLG for my routine septic tank servicing. I recommend this business to local homeowners.

Critical: Quality I have used this company TWICE and both times I've had to get someone else out to my house after a month to pump it again. I have a slow drain field but I have lived here for 5 years and in 5 years I've only ever had to get it done once a year unless I use this company. I have a 4 ft sleeve that goes to the bottom of the tank and have told them both times to take it out and they are majically done in 10 minutes when it takes everyone else 30 to an hour. Tech insisted he pulled it out then said he put it back in and used it.. thats NOT what you were instructed to do. You were told to REMOVE it and not use it! SO THATS what you do! Its not a suggestion! ? so much for the customer being right... Offered me 100 off to do it again . They should do it for free . Avoid these guys they do half *** work. Obviously will never use again.
