Amazing! These guys are always on time, communicate what's going on well (especially well for contractors) and are some of the nicest guys around. Mike and his team, particularly Joe and Jeff are phenomenal to work with. Every person on their crew and the subs that they use for electrical, tiling, etc. are just as caring and hardworking as their leaders. Mike is on the job usually multiple times per day checking on the project, and as the owner, gives you a sense of relief that you know things are going right. Their time schedule has been right on (our project isn't yet finished, almost is), even with a few days worth of weather delays and cancellations. Every morning the crew is on time, if not early and if it starts raining, they'll wait out the rain and be right back on the job. If you're considering putting in a pool, I strongly encourage you to go with them. They're not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. Quality, honesty, strong work ethic from the leaders down and integrity. We are beyond thrilled with Gulf Breeze Pools & Spa!

Took longer than estimated due to HBTS permits at that time they only reviewed twice a month. Mike was rarely on site but did pop by every now and then and called to keep a check on everything really nice guy! Also did military discount..which was nice! Other than the time delay everything went pretty smoothly!

Everything went very well. They came out and gave me an initial estimate over the phone, but I wanted a written estimate. I don't think we're going to go with them, but it has nothing to do with their service. He seemed very knowledgeable. He listed everything individually for me, which was nice.

Initially the project planned was to replace the vinyl liner in our 20,000 gallon in-ground pool and replace the chlorine system with a salt water chlorinator est $4800. Trouble quickly ensued because the previous owners of our home or the previous pool contractor leveled the well points. Mike and his crew [promptly notified us that we would need to put in new well points adding $1200 to our total. They were quick,professional, and accurate with the well points removing the water from the ground table. The previous contractor had only added patches of concrete to the existing floor of the pool and it was damaged beyond a quick fix. Mike and his crew continued to work with absolute courtesy amidst our broken spirits. Mike offered payment options to cover the extra labor, and concrete repair. They redid our entire pool and we are more than pleased with the work, our salt water chlorinator is exceeding our expectations and our pool is safe, reliable, and gorgeous! Loved this pool company.  The owner (MIke Esmond) came out everyday and checked on this crew.  He crew was very professional and knowledgeable, so I had no worries.
