Greensmith Land Management

The job turned out amazingly, it was three days of back-breaking work and the crew never stopped. They were professional, courteous and timely. The finished product was amazing, the cost was very reasonable.

We just had Greensmith Land Management out to lay an additional driveway next to our existing drive and it looks amazing! Paul and his crew are awesome. The drive was completed extremely quickly and the outcome was exactly what I hoped for. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure and I would definitely recommend doing business with him.

Job wasn't done properly and currently looking for another company to fix their work.

I had many medium to small sized stumps grinded. I also had parts of the far backyard cleared. I also was given an estimate for sod and advised I would need dirt after the work was done. I advised I was going to try seeding after the work was done. After the clearing I had many roots left on the top of the soil. Paul came back and cut a few with a chain saw. Paul advised that once soil was put on top of the roots that they would rot. Afterwards I ended up spending several days cutting up as many roots as I could that were on the top of the soil. Since I couldn't seed with all these roots I purchased sod and put 4 pallets down on a portion of the yard. Within a month I had tree sprouts and roots coming up throughout the entire backyard. The workers ended up coming back out and using a bobcat removing roots from the area that hadn't had sod put down. They were however unable to remove the roots underneath the new sod with a bobcat. The roots underneath the sod haven't rotted and the yard looks horrible. The guys that came out to do the work were professional and nice guys. I'm now in the process of looking for another company to finish the work.

Paul came out to look at our property multiple times even before we hired him. He also called in Okaloosa county to come look into putting in a storm drain in our area BEFORE WE HIRED HIM. I think that in itself explains his customer service and character. He has been the most honest and helpful contractor we have encountered in Florida. I would recommend him to anyone. He, and his crew, are hardworking and excellent at their profession.
Completed on time and worked quickly (we were on a timeline), quick at scheduling appointments, works within budget, etc.

First a bit of background information. We have been in the area for three years now and have had some fairly major remodeling done on our house. It may be this area and it may be that my expectations are high when dealing with contractors, landscaping services, and anyone else that makes appointments for estimates and gives you dates that certain milestones are expected to be met. Not one business has had the courtesy of calling to inform that they will be late and not one service we have hired has met a completion date (not even close!!) My wife and I are now numb when it comes to dealing with anyone who may provide a service to our home and our expectations are low.
Enter Paul (owner) and the Greensmith Land Management team. Greensmith Land Management provides a laundry list of services they provide. Bottom line, if you can think of anything that can be done to improve your land, lot, yard, or property, Paul and his team can make it a reality. We recruited their services to give our house some curb appeal by widening our driveway, removing an old walkway and installing a new one, and installing a trash can pad at the side of our house. Everything was done with concrete (6.5 cubic yards to be exact). In addition, we had some custom work to the project done by trimming the sides of all the concrete with a brick pattern that was hand ground into the concrete, stained perfectly to match the brick color of our house, and sealed. You must do a double take to realize that it in fact is not brick. We could no the happier with the outcome of the project.
Paul and the Greensmith Land Management Team are true professionals that care more about making the customer completely satisfied rather than trying to turn a quick buck. The communication between Paul and myself is something that I have not experienced in this area. Every detail of the job was explained in a free estimate (which by the way was significantly lower than his competitors) and all timelines were met during the project.
If you want custom concrete work done, look no further. I challenge you to find a company that will do it for a lower cost, with open communication, and take the needs and concerns of the customer to new levels to ensure complete satisfaction.
We were planning on constructing a deck in our backyard, but with our experience with Paul and Greensmith Land Management, we have changed our mind and will have them come back to install a custom poured concrete pad with stamp work and install a large pergola on it.
Kudos to Paul and his team for remembering what a business should be!!!!!
