The day before Thanksgiving, I discovered the water heater was leaking. I went to the hardware store, picked out a new water heater and told them I needed it today. They said it wouldn't be until after the holiday. We were going out of town and had to get it in that day. Somehow, Mr. Rapp was able to fit it into his schedule. He arrived around 8:00 pm. He had it installed and cleaned up in an hour and a half. I don't remember how much I was charged by the hardware store for the install, but I would definitely use Mr. Rapp again for any plumbing problem I have.
