BUDGET BLINDS OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA

The salesman seemed quiet friendly and experienced. I ordered plantation shutters and gave a down payment of $2769.00. This was in July of 2018. I was doing remodeling and in December 2018 I called to have the blinds installed. I was told that the salesman was no longer with the company and had failed to order my blinds. I was than told that they would reorder the blinds and I could have them in 6 weeks, so Around February 15, 2019. I have since then tried on several occasions tried to contact the company by phone and by text with no luck. i am in the process of beginning legal action. Buyer beware.

Terrible, we were hoping that having someone come out and measure our windows, bring samples and write up orders 
for us would have been easier than having to get from another company as we have so many windows and were busy fixing up
an empty house that we had just moved into. Unfortunately that has not been the case as Mike had promised, he told us that most of the treatments would be in within a couple of weeks and he would come over and install as soon
as the first order arrived, it has been 8 weeks and we haven't seen a single blind or shutter.  Contacted the office in 
California and they stated that the budget blinds here is a franchise and have contacted this franchise owner twice
still no action.  We are deeply concerned and hope that this story will deter anyone trying to use this franchise.

They ordered them, the order came in. He said he would hold them for me while my home was being remodeled. I reached out to him many times and he continued to delay the delivery and installation with many excuses including that he said he was sick. My last communication with him was in May of 2012. He texted me that he would be calling me the next day to arrange the delivery and install and he has never called since. This was for a beach rental property and I was unable to rent the property without window covering and in turn lost weeks of rentals while I spent another $3,000 to have the treatments put in by another company.
