BRYAN PEST CONTROL

The technician sprayed the house and there was liquid visible on the tile, carpet and in other areas. He advised me not to mop it up in the kitchen and bathrooms,  that it would dry and need to stay on the floor to kill the pests. I told him I had a very small dog (3lb Chihuahuah) and I asked him if the pesticides would poison her. He said no, she would be fine. I left to go to Walmart with my 3 year old son. Bella, our dog did not go outside from the time the Bryan employee was there until we returned home an hour later. She was laying in a pile of her own vomit and diarrhea. I picked her up and she was limp and unresponsive, then she began having convulsions and was shaking violently. My son was so upset, crying. I was crying as we rushed her all the way to Niceville Emergency Vet Clinic. There a vet confirmed that it was insecticide poisoning and treated her.  He said she was lucky to be alive that if I had come home an hour or two later she might not have lived because she was so small. I contacted Bryan Pest Control the next day to inform them of what happened and ask that they pay my vet bill (I felt it was the LEAST they could do). The lady who spoke to me said she would talk to the owner and needed a copy of the bill. I said no problem. She called back a very short time later and said the owner agreed to pay for half the bill since I could not PROVE that she did no go outside or was poisoned by something else she injested in the house. COME ON?!?!  I was FURIOUS I nearly lost my baby Bella, my son had to witness all this on top of the stress of having to haul butt to the vet and pay $500 that I really didn't have only for this company treat me like I was LYING! I told that lady that I wasn't even going to bother to bring in the bill, that I would tell everyone what happened to me and ask them not to use Bryan Pest Control and to this day, I ask you not to use this company if you are concerned about pet safety OR how you will be treated if they kill or make your pet sick. This happened to me over 8 years ago and Bella, my dog is now 9 years old and I will never forget how sick she was or how I was treated by Bryan Pest Control.

We needed our lawn re-sodded about 6 weeks ago there lawn care guy said your lawn is making our company look bad so we terminated our services with them. We had 3 services with them, we had exterminator service and terminex service with them that we are retaining, but their lawn care service we think was unsatisfactory. Their exterminator functions, that part of the business is very acceptable and I am very pleased with that, but their lawn care operation is unsatisfactory and I definitely would not recommend them.  We have a contract with them for the exterminating functions and the outside service was monthly. They are here when they said they would be.  I will not be using them again only for the lawn care services.  I have spoken with them and they are just really...they are a small business and they are working beyond what they really should be doing and maybe they should just stick to exterminating. 

They do a better job than my previous pest control company. They are very knowledgable about the chemicals. They are on time and are really good. The quality of the service depends on the person that comes out. The price is ok.

They are always helpful and their price is reasonable. When we have the kids in the house, he does great with them. The company is just great!
