Came as scheduled. Called before coming. Washed exterior of our townhouse. Upper and lower decks, brick paved courtyard and concrete walk and driveway. I was impressed with the variety of equipment he had. I encourage you to visit his website. I highly recommend him. I paid him $350.

RentaI home was left filthy by previous tenants and needed a good washing, especially driveway and sidewalk. I called company for an estimate and he went by to look at the house without me having to be there, called to give me the quote and stated he could do it right away. Since I was eager to get the house prepared for the next tenant and need to get gardening done after house is washed, I was thrilled that he could do it immediately. He called me when he was about 30 minutes from finishing so I could meet him there and go over the job to assure it met my expectations. The job took about 2-3 hours and the result was amazing. Price was comparable to other quotes but the fact that he could perform the service immediately floored me! So, I took his offer and am highly pleased. Very friendly and professional young man.
