I just completed moving my 95-year-old mother from Pensacola to Tampa. Believe me, this was no easy feat. I was a basket-case worrying about the logistics of packing and moving 95-years-worth of possessions from two locations into a high-rise. Austin toured the premises, assured me they could handle what I thought was a daunting job and gave me an estimate to pack everything for me plus a price for the long-haul move. His confidence single-handedly restored my sanity (and my ability to sleep). About four days before the move, my trash haulers flaked on me — unable to come to get the mountain of stuff we had culled before the move. Once again in a panic, I emailed Austin. Within 10 minutes, he got back to me: No problem; they would take haul it away on packing day. (Sanity restored again.) The crew was so kind, considerate, careful and efficient. They packed both Pensacola locations into appropriate boxes, loaded the truck, drove overnight to Tampa, and the following day they unloaded it all — carefully and successfully. The final bill was just what I expected from the estimate, and we all hugged goodbye. Success like this doesn’t happen every day. Movers of this quality are few and far between — heck, people of this quality are few and far between. Austin and his crew accomplished what I thought was impossible. I had new tile installed in my entire house. To facilitate the install I had Bayside move the house contents into 2 Pods and my garage. 1 month later they moved everything back into my house. They were great! I highly recommend them.

It went well. Only complaint, they didn't give me quote as fast as they said they would and showed up with a bigger truck instead of the smaller one we talked about, but it was still the best price. The movers arrived on time, and were respectful and polite.

Bayside was excellent for our move from Pensacola Florida to North Carolina. Prompt service, good communication,reasonable pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The two staff members were very courteous and professional. They wrapped the furniture as needed and loaded the truck to the gills just fitting everything in. Everything arrived safety and nothing was broken. Would use again.
