I could not have had a better experience! There is nothing worse than your A/C going out in July and Florida and Air Conditioning One came to the rescue with AMAZING, prompt service. He called me back within minutes and was able to come to troubleshoot and make the repair within a couple of hours. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again if another need arises!

Roger's costumer service, price point and end result were the answer to our air conditioner needs. We went from a broken air condition, hot house and not much extra cash on Tuesday to a very reasonable, air condition upgrade and a cold house by Friday! I called this provider on Friday night after a week of the air conditioner not adequately cooling the house. He offered to come to the house that same night. As it wasn't an emergency, we had him come the next morning. He had everything fixed and working by 8:30 that morning. His price was very reasonable, especially for coming on a Saturday morning. I will definitely hire him again.

I called Mr. Rogers 2 days ago because one of our two AC was not working properly. He came today Saturday July 6, 2019 2 hours earlier than his appointment which I highly appreciate. He explain in detail the reason i.e. the float triggered the temporary off since I just poured bleach unto it to flush the drain. He went on to flush and clean the drain further as well as add more refrigerant ie 410A to one of the two units. The second unit had no issues. I will call and hire him again in the future. Very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and courteous.

After much step by step trouble shooting, he determined the thermostat was defective, replace it which fixed the issue.

My brother in law (lives in NYC) was visiting his vacation home here in Navarre. He called me (I live nearby) asking who my HVAC guy was. His HVAC would not cool. He called a company thru Google search. He said they came a day or so later, charge him the usual fee ($85) and told him they could fix it and place new coolant which may cost several hundreds depending on what exactly is needed or they could put a new system for $6000 (house is 2200 sq. ft). So I called my guy and they could come in 3 days. I called two other company highly rated on Angie's list. The second guy could come the next day. I called Mr Rogers and he said he was in the area and he could come in about 1-2 hrs. This was a very rainy Tuesday last June 2017. It was hot and humid despite the rain. Mr Rogers came on time, evaluated the system and quoted a price of $4700.00 for a 4.8 ton unit, new pipes and new thermostat to be installed in 3 days. Installation was done on schedule cleanly and professionally. I would highly recommend him and he is my new HVAC guy as well.

It went well. Tony is very knowledgeable and was able to identify and resolve issues. He advised on a better inside filter for my type of AC unit. The AC is performing much better after visit. It was a great investment in our quality of life and the AC unit.
