After calling their office to request an estimate, I essentially interacted with their two man crew. The two men came to my house to inspect the roof leakage and damage to the plumbing vents. They gave me an estimate at $1200 and said they felt this was a very competitive price. After getting other estimates, it was the lowest. I called them to schedule the repair and got a vague response that it would be done next week. The following week they called me the day before they showed up. They were professional in their work and cleaned up and cleaned off the entire roof with a blower when they were done. They claimed the work required more materials than they estimated, but I was not charged more than the initial $1200 estimate.
