Riffle's Air & Heat Inc

We purchased a new house with a new Trane A/C installed by Riffle AC. When we went to use the heat for the first time, the heater did not work. We called to have it repaired and a technician came out. He fixed it so the heat would come on by using the fan wire for the heater. I paid him for it and told him we still need the fan to work independently like it is designed to do. He said we should not use the fan. Again I explained that we need it to work so he said they would call me that the next day to set up a time to come out and replace the wire. (Only after I explained that our attic had easy access to the wiring). So we paid him for the part they finished but they never called back to set up a time to complete the job. When I reached out, the receptionist said once again that she was told I didn't need to use the fan. ???? So eventually she put the owner on the line. He repeated the same thing that I shouldn't use the fan without the AC or heat. I again clearly told him I wanted it to work the way it was designed to work. Find someone else. So I called another company.

I've had them out multiple times. I'd give them A for everything. They were reliable and knowledgeable.
