Description of Work: I had a wheelchair ramp installed. The person on the phone was very polite and responsive to my needs. She asked lots of important questions that I understood, and even reworded some of them so I could understand why she might need the information. She gave excellent service that was matched by the employees that came to build the ramp. I was really happy with their work and would call them again if I needed more services like this.
