The service man was excellent. Very informative and helpful in setting
up the system. The difficulty came up because they completely missed
our telephone numbers causing the police to arrive. It took three calls
to finally get the telephone numbers and address correct in their
system.

WE HAVE HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I FEEL I HAVE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. THE ALARM GOES OFF, AND THEY CONTACT US WITHIN A COUPLE MINUTES. THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH THAT. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN INSTANCE THAT I KNOW ABOUT WHERE THE ALARM WENT OFF.

WE HAVE NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. THE PRICE IS SATISFACTORY. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS FINE. THE SYSTEM WORKS. THEY DID A NICE JOB INSTALLING IT, AND IT WORKS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE IN A COUPLE OF RINGS. IF THERE'S AN ISSUE, THEY DEAL WITH IT.
