By designing and hand crafting each cabinet project individually, quality standards are applied that assure that each client receives a true masterpiece. Every cabinet project is meticulously scrutinized by founder and head designer. For over 35 years, he has worked side by side with designers, builders, and owners to create true works of art. Our head designer meets with each client personally to accurately interpret exactly what they want to create. When designing a piece of furniture, every aspect of the piece - cabinets, molding, finishes - has a purpose in the overall end result. We did hire this company, but it was not done in a timely fashion, It took 4 months to build a vanity and a cabinet over the toilet. Finally when they came to install the vanity, it was the wrong size and they had to take it back and redo it. The owner never seemed to be on time for scheduled appointments. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The craftmanship was absolutely beautiful. Javier designed a beautiful built-in bookcase for our home office. He personally came to inspect it to ensure we were satisfied. The built-in lights were initially wired to go to the wrong outlet (not the one attached to the wall switch) and they corrected this no problem. The unit was a little more expensive than we planned, but it was all given up front, no after-the-fact additional costs and it looks like what it cost. Definitely got what we paid for.

When he first came to our home, he drew a beautiful rendition of what we could expect our wall unit to be At our second meeting he had perfected it even more and we cannot wait to see it in our family room. He is an artist and we haven't told him yet....but now we want a banquet for our kitchen! So happy we found him!

Majestic Custom Woodworks did a beautiful job in my home. They designed a gorgeous soffit lighting frame for accent lighting in the master bedroom. I had been told that this project was not possible by several other professionals, but Javier and his team made it happen! GORGEOUS DETAIL WORK! I highly recommend Majestic Custom Woodworks!

Hired these guys almost 4 months ago to build us custom cabinets in our living room - small job. They were very quick to call us back after our first inquiry. They gave us a quote very quick and we were really impressed with the pictures and reviews they received on this website. Therefore we went ahead and gave them an initial down payment. After they cashed our check, customer service from that point on went down hill. They never showed up on time throughout the entire unfinished project and we would have to call them to figure out whether they are coming back or not. They did a great job with the unfinished cabinets they did for us thus far - although it is unfinished due to some minor damages. It has been almost 3 months and they have yet completed what they promised they were going to fix. We made the mistake of paying them full before they completed their job. It is unfortunate because they did really good work, but customer service has been the worse. We have hired multiple contractors in the past year and they have been the worse thus far in terms of customer service. We were going to hire them to complete our kitchen, but after our experience with them, we went ahead and hired another contractor. Our kitchen has now been completed and they have yet finished the job they started.

After we assessed the scratches, we decided not to just touch up but to in fact build brand new tops for you altogether. Unfortunately with your kitchen, after we designed it for you on one meeting, brought you samples and met with you about it a second time, you made us aware we were unable to meet your budget and we are very sorry about that. Getting you back in the schedule for the new tops has thrown us off our original deadline and we offer our sincerest apologies and assure you we are doing our best to get back out to you. They came, designed the build-in library shelving, came back with full crew to custom install. Everything went well, they even came back to tweek shelf spacing options for me. Love my shelves - love having my books and collectibles on display! Will use them again for my kitchen remodel for sure.

I was very disappointed that they have not followed up with me on several areas of my cabinets that have cracking & unfinished areas. They were very inept at installing the veneer on my cabinet boxes. I had to,point out all the areas of bubbling & creasing. I also ordered glass in 4 cabinet doors which they only brought 2 & tried to tell me I was wrong even though the 4 doors were clearly marked on our contract. They did refund a small amount of money for the doors & promised to make me a shelf for one of my cabinets, yet never brought the shelf. Lousy customer service, I would never recommend them to anyone.

"Sheryl, We are terribly sorry and surprised by your review. We cleaned the cabinets the best we could and refaced them. Our job was to reface not to re-build as you choose not to go that route. In addition, we added a side column to your dishwasher, LED lighting with a remote control. The shelf that you are referring to was an item you requested after we completed the job and we told you we'd be more than happy to make for you as a gift, (at no charge to you) which we would drop off to you the next time we were in the area. As far as the door selection, we reviewed this at our final day of installation, we recalled the discussion at our initial meeting before contract and how we had advised you to only do two glass doors as it would give your kitchen and un-even look. You agreed and we went into contract. Being that originally you requested four doors, the change was made to two doors and you received the discount on the final day of installation. It is very simple to replace doors and it is no problem to us to have had to made that modification. We take pride in our relationships with our clients and go above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction.We offer free* service calls and our lines are always open. You had not made an attempt to contact us or make us aware that you were dis-satisfied. We believe this review is very unfair and untrue. We would have been happy to service you again at any time just as we have already once prior. We are very sorry for your experience and hope for lifetime relationships with our clients. We bought a vacation condo in Florida and wanted to update the cabinets in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We were on a tight schedule since we were only staying in Florida until the renovations were completed. Javier and Alyssa were very accommodating and squeezed us into their busy schedule. We hired Majestic Custom Woodworks to repair and repaint the cabinets, install door handles, make a custom kitchen cabinet to match existing cabinets, make a custom corner shelving unit and add crown molding above the cabinets. We also asked Javier for ideas to add special touches to the condo and he recommended adding 5.5 inch baseboards throughout and chair rail in the foyer and living room. We absolutely love the work Javier did and have received numerous compliments from guests. Javier also recommended a granite installer and helped us pick out the granite and schedule the measuring and installation appointments so the project would run smoothly. We would highly recommend Majestic Custom Woodworks to anyone who is looking to hire a professional, courteous company who is willing to go over and beyond for their customers. Their commitment, attention to detail, and honesty set them apart from other woodworking companies. Javier and Alyssa were true to their word and finished our project in the time frame they promised.

This company is amazing! Javier showed up on time, and after listening to my objectives for my office buildout, he drew a sketch of his vision for it, priced it out, and I was ecscatic with the result. He prepared a contract, and I gave him a check for the deposit. I never expected to accomplish so much at a first meeting. He was knowledgeable, professional and creative. I couldn't be more pleased.
