Didn't try to "sell me the truck" but suggested that it might be worth considering total replacement of the pump and some of the pipes as they were 20 years old. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about wells by standing by and listening to his explanation of the repair/replacement process. He had all the right tools to complete the job. I am very satisfied.

Jim showed up early yesterday and pulled the old pump and installed the new one. I asked that the tank be replaced since I had a suspsion it was not working correctly. He got a new tank and installed it today.
Description of Work: I have used Jims dad for work over the years for minor issues to my well. Jim now ownes the business and does great work for a reasonable price. I had a new pump and tank installed and had the system raised so it was out of the dirt. Jim I think is a one man business but if you want the job done right for a reasonable price with quick response this is your guy. I used him last week and he came out and replaced a switch and installed a new gauge. The switch was not letting the pump shut off so it basicaly tore it self up. He replaced the switch and everything was working great until the sprinklers came on last sunday and the pump just gave out. It had been installed about 11 years ago and we think his dad may have put that one in.
