Very good Dorsey air came out within minutes found the problem and repaired.Have been using Dorsey air for 20 years without any problems,Very dependable.

I was on vacation and my Ac was out my kids were home with 90 plus weather .I called Dorsey and within a couple of hours he was at my place diagnosing my ac. He called me gave me an estimate and ordered my part 3 days later ac is working fine. Highly recommended

Last year we had a new system put in by another dealer. He put in a unit that was too small. Joe has come out several times in the past week. He has even stopped by later in the day to make sure everything was working properly. He has called numerous times to make sure everything is ok. Even though the unit is a size too small for my home, Joe has it running quite well and my home is staying at 75 rather than 80. We are thinking of making a couple more changes in the next few months for it to be more efficient and Joe is who I am calling to take care of it. Cannot be happier with the cost, his work, and that he constantly stays in touch. Although we did not need it, I did have him put a Nest thermostat on for me. We are very happy with it.

Fast, efficient and courteous!

Mr dorsey was on time, polite, and energetic. Our problem was the unit would run, then cut out or throw the breaker. He checked all the items with his meter eliminating them one by one. He discovered that the fan relay was bad and replaced it. Then checked out the rest of the system and pronounced it in excellent shape for one of its age.
