Nas and Nero of Creative Sound & Automation came to my home to assess my Project. Our initial meeting took 2 hours and no detail was too small or overlooked. When they left, we all had a game plan and understood the cost and time frame of the Project. When it was time for installation, these guys were true Professionals. They knew exactly how to run wiring throgh walls and ceilings with a minimum of damage and mess. In three days, they transformed my spare room into a State Of The Art Dolby ATMOS 5.4.2 Movie Theater. The sound quality was so spectacular that during the speaker calibration, the next door neighbor's house felt the vibrations from the dual Paradigm sub-woofers. As with any project, once you get into it, there are changes. My Project was no different. Phase 1 is complete and I can enjoy 4K movies in a beautiful room with a Dolby ATMOS sound system that is better than an actual movie theater. For Phase 2, I have requested Nero and Nas to visually and acoustically make this theater over the top. Phase 2 will include the addition of custom made acoustic sound panels, a fiber optic star ceiling and cove LED perimeter lighting operated through a "Control 4 smart home" system. I believe this Company left out one word in their Company Name - Creative Sound & Automation PROFESSIOALS. When it comes to updating your home electronics and/or sound systems, call these guys. They are the PROs and you can be rest assured, they will turn your Dreams into Reality. Highest Recommendation given to Creative Sound & Automation.

This family run company truly treats it's customers like family. After an extended discussion of what we wanted in our sound system they suggested only the level of equipment needed for the job, explained why something more expensive or high powered was not needed, and why some brands suggested were rated better than others based in large part on their experience. Arrived precisely when they said they would and installed the equipment like they were installing it in their own home. They returned after installation at our request to ensure everything was working properly, to explain and to answer the inevitable questions that arise when learning a new surround sound system. Very detail oriented, neat, clean and with all wiring of equipment labeled, neatly bundled and securely fastened. Very, very knowledgeable and able to explain technical vocabulary in simple understandable terms. Highly professional with very easy going, kind and patient approach throughout our entire experience with them. These guys are great. Nas and his team were exceptional. They do the little things like vacuum while cutting drywall so it doesn’t make a mess. They move furniture for you and also cover the floors. They neatly wire and label everything. They wash their hands before touching your ceilings. They calibrate your speakers for you. The tv mount they supplied for me is outstanding. They care about your home and they care about the customer. You can tell they’re passionate about their craft. Will hire again.
