Chris Arnold came to our home in January to provide a free estimate for installing pullout drawers in our lower kitchen cabinets and pantry. Chris was very through and assisted us in determining where and how to install pullouts in our pantry. These pullouts are made of wood and are very sturdy. After waiting for other businesses that offer the same service in our area did not reply, we called Affordable Pulls Outs and sent in the requested deposit.
We were informed that it would take a few weeks for the wood to arrive at the manufacturing site for the drawers to be built. The pantry shelves had to be built on site.
After two weeks we were informed that the wood had arrived and Chris would be ready to install them on February 18th around 10 AM.
Chris arrived on time with all the materials on hand. He installed all the lower cabinet drawers including under the sink in just a few hours. We discussed shelf placement and pull out width and Chris went to work. Again in just over an hour the pantry was completed and Chris had cleaned up all the debris in the kitchen. We gladly gave Chris a check for the balance due. Chris made sure we were completely happy with the drawers. He also instructed me on how to adjust the shelves in the pantry if we wanted to change their placement.
We are very happy with our pull outs and their operation. Chris installed plastic bumpers on the pullouts so that they would not scratch the cabinet doors.
One of our neighbors came by while Chris was working to ask for a business card.
