I contracted with Lux, formerly known as White Glove, to move and pack my kitchen, and also to sell and/or donate some extra furniture. I paid full price, with a generous tip. Lux did not live up to its end of the bargain. My friend and I packed a majority of the kitchen ourselves and the move was not completed on time. Worse, I found the next day that they had forgotten many large items at my old home, that I had to move myself. The owner, Travis, did not relay the tip for his employes until they called me to ask about it, and I relayed that to Travis, and he then said he found it. Finally, he has yet to either sell or donate my furniture. I have had to continuously follow up, and he does not respond. When I pressed him, he had the audacity to call me and yell at me! I strongly recommend that Lux not be used, and that White Glove/Lux be removed from Angie's List. Using them means you pay full price, do the work yourself, and then are subjected to the owner's abuse.
