Let me begin by apologizing for the long review, but it is worth reading to the end…it will save you a lot of aggravation, time, money, and piece of mind. If you have not signed a contract with StormGuard Impact Window & Door located in Boynton Beach, Florida please do yourself a huge favor, DON’T DO IT. This is the most dysfunctional company I have had to deal with in a long time. To begin with, the sales associate painted an unrealistic timeline for installation of (8 to 10 weeks), I am 8 months into this nightmare and still waiting for them to complete the job. Second, there is little to no communication from the office staff, when I call to get a response (by the way if you do not call them to harass, they will ignore you for weeks at a time), all I get is excuses and finger pointing. Dealing with Brian the so-called “Operations Manager” is a joke, he is absolutely no help and does nothing but make excuses. In management we have a saying “the fish rots from the head down”. Obviously, this company is an absolute disaster due to its leadership. The only positive is that I was lucky to have a decent installation crew (Ramon’s crew). However, it took 6 months for them to install the front door (this initially was measured incorrectly by 5 inches may I add) and I am still waiting 8 months into this nightmare for one window and a window-shutter for my bay window. The most recent call I made (January 17, 2019) was to speak to Jeremy the so-called Supervisor, who by the way was supposed to call me back 6 days ago, ended in Jeremy hanging up the phone on me…great customer service. I regret ever choosing this company, especially after one of my neighbors contracted with a different company who completed his job in 3 months with full satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and RUN, RUN, RUN, do not do business with this company.

its been 8.5 months and I still don't have all my windows installed. every time I call they blame the village when in fact its their end that wasn't filling paper work. lousy customer service and terrible office help.

I contracted for the window and door replacement, It took a while for my HOA to approve the job, now it should be completed within 2 weeks.
