I wrote a glowing review right after the completion of my project. Little did I know I was dealing with scammers. I hired Penny Polok off-Kreps and her crew from Organized Flow North aka Clutter Stops Now to empty 3 fully furnished and decorated condo apartments. Penny said all the right things. Marketable items she was going to sell for me and I would share in the profit. This allowed me to let go of things I was trying to hang onto for sentimental reasons. Items that were not marketable she would find a new home for via donations and I would receive the receipts for tax purposes. What I wanted to keep would be carefully packed in my U haul. Sounded perfect and I recommended her to others in my condo and wrote a glowing review. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. I never heard from Penny again. I received no receipts from donations. I received no money from items being sold from the many boxes and pieces of furniture hauled off that day. When we emptied our U haul we did not even have all the items we had specifically asked to keep. Instead, we had hauled back boxes of unknown junk -- some things meant for the dumpster and some meant for donations. Unbelievable! I have heard through my neighbors who contacted Penny on my original recommendation that she is blaming the moving company she used on my project. She is reporting to my neighbors -- not me personally -- that all my things were taken to the moving companys warehouse for storage and they donated it all, keeping the receipts. Since Penny has not seen fit to contact me directly or explain what happened to all my belongings, I have no recourse but to change my review and report their business as fraudulent. I strongly suggest none of my neighbors use them. Extremely disappointed.
