Moises and his son were a joy to work with. We are in New York and our condo is in Florida and they were able to complete the work earlier than expected. He is very reasonable and fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Mak Home Repairs LLC (Moises) to remove popcorn and paint ceilings in my Century Village condo. Two days before the job, we installed a brand-new HVAC unit. I told Moises to keep the AC off and cover all vents and filters. His crew decided to run the AC during the work, filling the new system with dust. The unit stopped working, and a technician confirmed it needs to be taken apart and cleaned—costing $1,500. Moises had promised everything would be sealed and protected. His negligence damaged a brand-new HVAC and left me with a huge bill. He hasn’t shown up and is now ignoring all calls and messages. Totally unprofessional. I trusted his word, but his crew did the opposite of what was agreed. Avoid this contractor.
