G B TILE & MARBLE RESTORATION

This is the worse tile restoration / grout cleaning company in South Florida! I paid this Javier a lot of $$$ re-grout my marble floors and wax them. He sent me videos of before and after pics so I trusted he was a professional. He showed up with his equipment and said it would take 3 days. I couldn't be there on the 3rd day while he was re-grouting the floor but had my GF there. The existing grout was white and I wanted the new grout to be platinum. He didn't get all the white out and sort of fused it with grey and now my floors look worse than when he started. They tiles are not shiny and look dull & damaged. He did a HORRIBLE job of re-grouting! My GF told him I wouldn't be pleased and he wanted to charge her $600 more to re-do the work he already messed up. Had I been home, this would have never happened but he bullied her as she is woman and got his money. I contacted him when I came home from work, showed him pics, and asked him to come back to fix the poor job and wax the floors as agreed. Not only was he rude, but he refused to come back and fix all the issues after my GF gave him the balance. I'm warning all potential customers to stay away and don't make the same mistake I did. The pictures of the poor quality work speak for themselves.
