Very lousy job. Ega Paez was either not qualified to do this job or simply chose to not perform what was necessary. He did not sand enough before applying paint to cabinets, did not apply enough coats of paint ( you could still see primer underneath in many areas), and did not even apply half the amount of grout needed for the backsplash. Large areas of the tiles went without grout at all! He is well aware of the awful job he did. Anyone who would walk away from doing this doesn't care about what others would think of his quality of work.
