Modesto and his wife 12 years ago did my driveway with stamped concrete and my pool area with Euro. They did a FANTASTIC job back then and I just had Modesto redo my pool area and screened in patio. AMAZING job, we are so happy with the way it came out! He is so punctual and gives you updates everyday to let you know what he's done. I would HIGHLY recommend him, he is an Artist with his work! I feel like it should be in Home and Gardens the way it turned out. He is also very pleasant to talk too.

We decided to use: Coro Services...Modesto Sanchez 954-993-4756 I was fortunate to find him from Homeadvisor...He has 161 good reviews there, some absolutely stellar. My own personal experience mimics his most stellar reviews. He is a independent contractor. It is just he and his son that do the work. They are the nicest people possible on this earth. His communication and work ethic are beyond belief. Most importantly, his finished product is exactly what we wanted and is of the highest, highest quality. Oh by the way, he was the least expensive contractor we interviewed. The fact that it is just he and is son is how they keep the cost down. I will end with that I would use him again in an instant and if you are considering a deck overly, you would be mistaken if you did not consider talking to him. He has my highest regards. I loved working with Modesto and his son. When you hire Modesto, he does the work and is on the job doing what you paid him for and more. He is very attentive to your every need and you would never go wrong hiring him. His prices are extremely reasonable and the work comes out perfect. My wife and I were delighted with his work.
