I had taken the car to Braman Honda to get the oil change done and you know they always do a courtesy inspection of the whole vehicle. Told me my tires are fine, they asked me if I wanted them rotated, I said no because I take them to another company and they do it for free. It was my daughters car, she was down from college. I had an oil change and actually that was free because I heard on the radio there was an advertisement that if you mention Mike Rodriguez whose the service manager you'll get an oil change for free and that's all I was going there for was an oil change and so I didn't pay anything. I like going to the Honda dealership for service. I was out within less than an hour. Excellent workers. One of things on their multi-inspection was that I need wiper blades and they said it was $24. I was going to go buy them and put them on for my daughter. One gentleman came up and asked me if I needed help putting them on and no I said i'm good, I've put enough of these things on. So I thought that was nice they were offering to put them on for me even though I paid for it. It's a nice facility, nice waiting area. There's like four different TVs you can watch.

They suggested what services should be done. They did not try to push us into purchasing any services we did not want, & then found a coupon on the internet which made the service we did request less than estimated.

I have been extremely happy with the service provided by this dealership and strongly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new car.  The caveat to that is that I must recommend Paulo Rossi primarily as he has been immensely helpful to myself and my family during this process.  Paulo helped me to purchase my vehicle and with any issues that came up after that, which I am happy to say have been very few, took an active role in ensuring that my issues were addressed in a timely and professional manner.  He is kind, courteous, professional, and, hard to believe I know, but an honest cars salesman.  Additionally, the service manager Jose Ortega, was prompt to respond to our needs and went above and beyond in assisting us.   Both of these gentlemen made our service experience easy, prompt and stress free and I am relieved to know that should any issue arrive in the future that they will be there to assist us.

Braman Honda explained that they lift the car up and it's a different method than how they used to do it, where they would remove the rotor and then stick it in. The rotor is actually still attached. The mechanics do the resurfacing on that. They said they go under the car to do it. It's ribbed and my steering wheel was pulling when I was braking when I go over 50 miles per hour. It's fine if it's any lower than that usually. The steering column was also shaking. I had just had the 30,000 mile service so I had everything done. It may cost a little more, but it preserves the life of the car. Bernardo is my service adviser so when I called he told me to come right on in. He told me that means there might be something wrong with the brake. He asked me a lot of questions and then told me that the brake rotors might need to be resurfaced. I brought it in and paid the labor. They switched out my tires because I had an abrasion on one of my front tires, which may be the reason. He gave me a prescription to come back in 1000 miles to make sure the alignment is still good. I choose to go to the dealership for service because when I bought my first Honda in 1992 and the warranty was over I went to the local mechanic that was in my place of work at the time and he ruined the rotors on that car. I went back to the dealer. Other places won't have the machinery that is needed to get the brakes fixed right. Ever since the rotors got messed up before I have always gone to the dealer. Braman always stands behind their service and gives a 12 month warranty on all of their workmanship. You can't beat that. They have had a bad time in the past. I didn't used to like their service manager or the service adviser, and they are gone now. I get great response from my service adviser now. When I call I have a great experience. This is what I would expect from a dealership. I have been stuck there before, they do offer a courtesy car and they have a courtesy van. They will take you places, but I didn't think I would be there for three hours so I didn't ask. Someone did ask for one and they were out. I don't think they have a high volume of them.

This is the second time I have had to use Braman Honda for a repair that other repair places told me ONLY Honda could do. t  Both times I was charged an enormous amount without much justification.   I am not a mechanic but they could not seem to explain why the costs were so high.   This is my 4th Honda, on my previous 3 I never had a repair beyond routine maintenance.   For the first time I will be shopping other makes when shopping for my next car.

I called and was quickly and easily accommodated for an appointment. The receptionist at the auto service department was very friendly and sympathetic. When I arrived I had both my toddlers with me on a weekday afternoon. They did everything they could to get me going at a reasonable time, while they investigated the true cause for the battery issue. After about 45 minutes to an hour and lots of crackers and treats later, I was out.

I am very well pleased with my dealer. I have found them to be very responsive. I called for an appointment for Saturday morning, I have no problems because I do work full time. They are always able to accommodate me. They are very professional from taking the appointment to the service provider. I had no problems with them whatsoever. I am very pleased with the service that I have gotten from them. They know what they are doing. They have several different booths. They are quick. I had an opportunity to go to their Parts Department to get a touch-up paint for my car. They were right there, they know exactly where the stuff is and they have all accessory pieces right there. I have just been very very pleased every time. Compared to my former vehicle, the pricing just seems to work within everything.
