Picked it up exactly on time. Called to say what the maintenance would cost. Called to let us know it was finished and when they could return the generator - very prompt service. Delivery person started the generator for us to demonstrate it was in working order and dragged it to the back of our yard to the shed where we store it. Third or fourth time they have tuned it up for us in the past six years. Zack's has done other small-engine repair for us over the years. We would recommend Zack's to anyone.
