Coastal Inspection Services has been in business since 1999 with over 4,000 inspections and serves numerous counties in Northeast Florida. The president of Coastal Inspection Services, Gary T. Clark, has served as the President of the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors for two years, served as the Treasurer for three years, and as a Board member. He is a certified member of NACHI and licensed by the State of Florida. A Message From Gary T. Gary identified a tree out back that appeared to be dying/dead and stood his ground with the contractor who
refused to admit that it could be a hazard to the home. (Eventually, the contractor agreed to remove 2 trees due to an arborist's inspection that they were a hazard to the home).
