+ -1 moreThey are the first company we call when w have any problems with our well or pool pumps. They can't do everything (drilling for instance). We have been very pleased with all aspects of doing business with them. Today we called about the well pump & were called back quickly. Tech said he might not make it today but would be by tomorrow & to turn off pump to prevent further damage. He WAS able to come same day - we expected to have to replace the pump they installed in 2003. Instead, only a new part - total cost $107! Happy to recommend! Not saying the big guys don't do good work, but Clay is AT LEAST AS GOOD AT A MUCH BETTER PRICE!!!
Description of Work: Called them first in 2003. Our irrigation pump had gone out & were set to have it replaced by a well known pump service in this area. Mentioned the cost they quoted to my cousin, a real estate broker with 30+ years flipping houses. He thought the price was WAY too high & suggested we shop around. That is when we called Clay Pump. They quoted several hundred dollars less for the same pump. We have used them since then for well & pool pumps and always found them courteous, prompt and very reasonably priced.
