Very informational

Very prompt, quick and did not leave any mess.

It started off fine, called to have the pump checked out on 10/10/2011, was told the pump and valve was working fine. On 11/8/2011 called them again pump was not working please check out and lets us know. They said the pump and valve was bad and replaced it without prior approval from the owner $650.00. Then notified my office(we manage the property) that they had not been paid the $650.00 and were going to go get their pump; this was 11/2012. The septic system was working fine up until about 2 weeks after they threatened to go get their pump( coincidence?) who knows. It is not the way professional company works. As soon as they called and told me they had not been paid, I immediately went and paid them. I guess their office does not qualify as a public area due to the amount of second hand smoke. I had to go change clothes, the smell was so strong..

They gave us a good price. He could have tacked on extra money for extra services, but he didn't. They built the system from scratch. The staff was completely courteous and professional.

The only qualm I have is that no one picks up the phone, but he always calls within 24 hours. He also got me a good deal and gave me other options on what can be done with the process. They were good with making sure they didn't damage our yard.

He's not worth the crap he pumped.

They gave an estimate over the phone for replacement of my distribution box in the septic leach field and set a date for the work. They showed up when promised and completed the work within a few hours. Cost was exactly as quoted.

They did exactly what I was told they would do.They answered all of my questions and explained in detail how the new system would work.

They came on time, identified the location of the septic tank, set aside the grass and removed the cover. They pumped out the tank, replaced the lid and the grass. They found no issues and cleaned up well.
