They do any type of general maintenance. They were on time, on budget, and were very accommodating. He and his team thought through any issues to determine how to best fix. Our porch trouble was related to previous building flaws, causing water to leak. He knows how to prevent water intrusion which is very important living on the ocean. He is coming back this week to do the upper ocean side openings with added hurricane shutters.
