BMG Custom Wood and Stoneworks

Last summer, we started with the kitchen to see how that would work. We began by getting local estimates and American Granite (now BMG Custom Wood and Stone) proved to be the most reasonable. It's a small outfit geared towards customer service and quality craftsmanship. They provided us with a written contract and, honestly, held themselves to every letter. The work was performed in a timely manner, the product was not only top grade in quality but installed without compromise; all done within a timely manner. These guys were punctual, professional and personable. The entire job went without a hitch. We were so thrilled with the results that we decided to "go for it" on the bathrooms. Although this project was way more involved, we received the same treatment in services from superior products, installation, and general "oversee" on several aspects with which they "out-sourced" or sub-contracted such as tile, electrical, and plumbing. Again, these guys did not miss a beat with strong attention to detail and, above all, pleasant and punctual communication on every aspect of the process. They do, indeed, pride themselves on custom work. I would highly recommend this company on any re-modeling job, They are very resourceful with strong follow-through. We already are lining up another project with this company later this year.
