Dustin and his crew came out and did a wonderful job trimming up a palm tree. They came at the time they said they were coming. On top of that, they were quick, cleaned everything up and charged a very reasonable price.

Very professional and responsive. Did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving!!!!

Dustin and his crew were friendly, respectful, dedicated and professional. They did an excellent job and finished with an excellent cleanup and debris removal. I would hire them again.

It went very well. A lot more of the tree bottom was removed than I was expecting. Dustin Explained they needed to go so the top will fill out, and nutrients will be able to get to the top. My hope is he is right and I will know in the spring. The crew was very efficient and did an incredible job of clean up.

Very professional. Took the trees down the old fashioned way. Used safety equipment. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Dustin Baxter, and his crew, along with their tree climber, George Bell, arrived at approximately 1pm, which was 5 hours later than what was previously scheduled. After several phone calls to inquire where they were we were told their lateness was due to a flat tire. This actually proved to be a lie admitted by Dustin himself followed by admissions to that of his crew members, as several of them also complained that this often happens when working with both Dustin himself, and/or with George Bell. Despite not finishing the scope of work, and of course of our stupidity we paid for all work despite the three remaining trees not done on their word, followed by their tree climber that they would return the next morning to complete the job. They arrived to late to complete the stated work, and their crew needed to be paid for their days work. My husband and I trusted that they would return the next morning to which has now lasted the remaining week (three days now ). The check was made out to Dustin Baxter to whom now claims this was not his job, or responsibility to finish, but that of his partner George Bell. Please be weary of this group of tree service providers as they are not what they claim to be, nor will they stand behind their word to completing negotiated work. Everyone that knew Farmer Mike, (Michael Rolfe) in our commercial industry needs to assume their own risk when hiring this team of individuals, as they put blame on the other so as not to complete the scope of work they were hired to perform. Be weary!

The whole job went as Baxter's Tree service said.  The price was negotiated and start time was set.  Dustin called and pushed date up and started a week earlier.  These guys take down tree's the OLD SCHOOL WAY.....  Very precise and experienced workers.
Tree's were removed by early afternoon with all limbs and branches removed from property.  Can't say enough about this crew.  Would definitely hire them again........ 

Dustin Baxter and some of his crew were canvassing the neighborhood and stopped to see if we had any work to be done. We received a good estimate to remove a medium-sized tree from in front of the house. They were very efficient and left the area very clean. We want them to remove several other trees for us when we can arrange it.

Dustin Baxter, the owner, drove by my house about a month ago. I was outside and he introduced himself to me. Nice young man with a smile and a good attitude, big truck and 3 other men in truck.. I told him I did not need anything at the present time but would keep his card. On June 10th had a storm and a big branch fell. Called Dustin and 2 other tree service companies for a bid on taking down a very large tree and also cutting it into firewood. Dustin was more professional and was pretty close on his bid to the lowest. Scheduled the work for June 12th. He called on June 11th and confirmed. Show up on time on June 12th with 3 other men, (George the climber, Anthony and Elvis, assistants) and did a fantastic job. Not only cutting the tree, grinding the stump, cutting the firewood but also leaving the area very clean. EXCELLENT JOB!
