We hired them. I don't know if we or not, but the design work was fine. They are very prompt and everything about them was good. I thought he was very responsive and professional. We just weren't ready to do the work yet so we didn't go any further with them. I have to tell you that on Angie's list there is a very negative rating about them that would have concerned me if I were going to use them.

The man is unprofessional. We ordered them in April; it is December and we do not have cabinetry in our new home that we are about to move in to next month. He won't return our calls and gives us excuses when we do get a hold of him.

He has told us that he has the cabinetry and had it in July, but our home was not ready for the installation at that time. In September, we were ready for him to install them. He said he has been paying for storage for them in the meantime, but we have clean and safe storage on premises for him to store them. He won't respond to us asking for him to bring them, but he won't come forward with the cabinets. It's making us very, very nervous. He was just at the construction site the other day and spoke with the foreman, but the reason he was there seemed unclear.

He is unprofessional and we are left wondering if our cabinets even exist. Even when we contacted the manufacturer, they would not disclose the information regarding our cabinets. It is insulting to us that he will not communicate with us. It was a real turn from the man we were dealing with before we paid him.
