I was billed by the fence company $250 and asked for $80 from the tree surgeon, which was a fair amount. At first he said he would bring the money by. When he came by, he said he wasn't going to pay money, but that he would remove a couple of the limbs hanging over the house. After weeks of calling, he eventually told me he was not coming out (as described above). At this time, I would like my money ($80)
"Being in business for over 25 years we do sometimes have problems, but I only recall a total of 5 which I am very proud. You see we deal with two to five customers per day depending on the size of the job. If you do the math that a lot of people over 25 years. THAT'S A LOT OF SATISFIED PEOPLE, WOW!!!!! In [member name removed] case he started with a fence that was falling down rotten and he was going to replace it after we did his tree work. We agreed to take down the two panels of fence to get to the back yard the fence was like picking up a mummy. That's right it fell apart. We also tell people that we are not fence people and they may need a professional fence person to put back what we take down. I'll let you be the judge"
"Sad to say that everyone is not pleased with our Company but it is a fact of life, you can't always please everyone. The member was right when he said you get what you pay for and we priced the job without the removal of mulch to make the price cheaper for him which he wanted. With he's own words the price was $1000.00 lower than anyone else should have told him we did not bid on but part of our services. We would have been glad to do any other part of our services for him but he did not want to pay more than the bid price. Please note that we did remove the Very Dead Dangerous Tree Hanging Over His House. We cleaned the roof and driveway and had our loader truck pick up all the wood neatly stacked in the front yard the next day."
