AA Propane Gas Inc.

I recently bought a new home and knew nothing about a 250 gallon propane tank on my property until I received an unpaid bill from the previous owner. I emailed and called AA Propane and the woman who answered explained, I had a 250 Gallon propan tank for my spa and grill. She also mentioned I'd need some propane soon because the last delivery was a year ago and it was only 5 gallons. I located the tank and dug out the guage, first, it's a 150 gallon guage on a 250 gallon tank. Second, it seemed to be pegged all the way empty or all the way full....I could not tell. After several calls over a month, AA finally sent someone out to look at the tank and set up propane delivery. 2 workers showed up; opened a valve and list came out. They said because mist was released and not liquid, that told them the tank was nearly empty. I ordered 50 gallons. I had to make several phone calls over the next 2-3 weeks to get them to finally come out and deliver propane. They left a receipt on my door that said they delivered 12 gallons. I called AA and was told my tank was full. I asked for someone to come out and look at the guage. it took another week; I saw the same 2 workers looking at the guage. They said nothing to me. I called AA several times and asked them what is up with my guage; is the tank full or empty? If it's full, show me a record that 200 gallons of fuel was delivered and when. I was put on hold; told I'd get phone calls back and never did. I'm done with this company....they DO NOT CARE about customers.

Perfect.  I got quotes from 2 other providers, one local and one national.  Both were outrageously more money.  
These folks were quick, timely and installed right the first time.  Price included full tank of propane... don't remember exactly total price... it may have been a little more or less than the $500 shown, but the point is, they were 1/2 price of the others.  
They also made the process way less complicated than the other 2, putting my tank  and efficiently running the lines where I wanted.  
They will be out to refill the tank as needed.  This process was explained well.  The technician also gave me a quick and easy lesson on how to operate my new range.

Much lower price than any others.  Knowledgeable installer.

They did a great job. Gave us time for renovations and waited for our range to be delivered before they returned to complete the installation.

AA did great. Unfortunately, the contractor working on the rest of my back yard project failed to contact AA timely. They were brought into the job after much of the patio had been laid, making their job to put pipes underground that much more difficult. AA dealt with the inconvenience professionally. They never charged us above our initial quote, despite the scope increase caused by our contractor. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Price was very fair. They showed up on time as scheduled. Work performed as expected. Quality and attention to detail were just what we hoped for. They cleaned up their mess (tree clippings) and finished as expected.
