He was right on time, friendly and charged less than his larger competitors. It took him about a half hour to change out the complete door lock set, including the deadbolt lock. He had to re-do the work done by another locksmith. He used good quality material, which is more than I can say for the previous locksmith. I'd use him again without hesitation.

The owner, Chet, spoke to me on the phone, gave me a quote and we set up a time. He did need to reschedule, but gave us plenty of time's notice and was prompt when we agreed to another time. He did not charge for travel time, even though he had to make a trip back to his shop to do the spare keys (his mobile unit was being worked on that day). He is new to the area, having just relocated to Middleburg from Wisconsin.  A good experience, and we would use him again.
