The experience overall was great. Had them change out a breaker and move some around in the breaker panel to make more room for an EV charger. Over $240, not too bad. Of course they did not relabel any of the work they did on the panel though, so the inspector comes by and fails us because they did not relabel the breakers where they had moved or added. So we had to reschedule the inspector to come again which cost $400 and a whole day of work since the inspectors pick a day and can show up anytime between 8-5 for 10 seconds.

They were here to get me an idea what they have to do to replace and they are going to Give me an estimate on what the charges will be and they will be back to complete the job overall the gentleman was very nice and very knowledgeable and I appreciate it Iâ m showing up because itâ s hard to find somebody to do electric work now.

Chuck replaced an exhaust fan and installed a new unit in a limited working area, space wise. He was professional, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. The exhaust fan looks good and works great. Chuck did a great job cleaning the area when he was finished, which we appreciated.

Mike and Julius installed a high-ceiling fan. They were professional, courteous and timely. They did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to hire them for anything electrical-related.

Came on time during first 15 minutes of one hour window provided. Replaced shorted GFCI outlet in garage, which also restored juice to eight other outlets in connected circuit throughout the house. In and out in less than an hour at a reasonable cost.

They were great the first time we called. Came and took care of a bunch of little jobs we needed done, but called them later for other work several times an they never called back

I had Best Electric install a remote ceiling fan on March 29th. The fan had a wall switch that would turn the light only on and off. Now the wall switch doesn't work the light. I called them the next day and was told they were busy and would get back to me. I waited two weeks and then I called them.The electrician finally came the week of the 15th to check it out. He wound up shorting out the led light. He then told my wife to go buy another fan so he could switch the light and she could return the fan. I was in the hospital when he came and when I came home I returned the fan unopened. Not a very trustworthy company. I then went to Home Depot and asked if they could help me find a new light online that I could purchase. They gave me a new light, honestly. I would highly recommend you DO NOT USE BEST ELECTRIC. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND AND HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

He did a great job. When FPL turned on power. They mentioned a pipe was crooked he came back the next day to correct the issue.
