ANGEL AIR & HEAT

As soon as the Angel Air installed a new GrandAire AC, a lot of my registers started leaking black mold. Ray Harker came back to the house to look at the problem and said he had nothing to do with it. I ended up having an air duct cleaning company come out in hazmat suits. They cleaned the ducts, sprayed Kilz on the black registers, and repaired the leak in the attic. They said it appeared that Ray Harker’s son kicked a duct during the installation. I never had another problem. But I did then have the whole house repainted to cover up the Kilz. Ray will not take responsibility for his mistakes. I would never recommend him for anything.

Angle air came out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and explain some of the options. They gave me written estimates on two possible repairs and two possible replacements the next day. We selected a replacement as the old unit was indeed old and they were out the next day to do the install. Two very professional men showed up at the agreed time and worked hard all day to do what I judge to be an excellent installation. They explained what they were doing and why. I know some of it was added work to make sure it was done right though I paid the exact price quoted on the estimate - no additional fees. I'm confident this was a quality install with quality products.

I had used Angel Air in the past for maintenance on my old ac unit and had exceptional service.  So when my system went down over the weekend,  Angel Air responded immediately.  Mr. Ray Harker identified my issue and options.  Since the system was 16 yrs old, Mr. Harker had informed me 2 years ago, that I might need to start thinking about replacement.  I had gotten estimates recently so when Mr. Harker identified my options & estimate, it was clear Angel Air remained the best there was!  They truly are a family business and treat you the same.  Although, Mr. Harker provided me a preliminary date for securing permit & equipment, he called 24 hours later informing me that he had been able to get the necessary products & would begin sooner than expected.  The crew arrived as expected and completed the job in a professional manner with an end product that was exceptional!!!  They took time to guide me in operation & maintenance and even set my preferences on the control.  Mr. Harker returned at the end of the job to verify all had been completed to my satisfaction and thanked me for my business.  I feel fortunate to have contact with reputable ac company.
It has been a couple of weeks and all is going extremely well with my new Trane system.  It runs well and keeps the house cool!

They are very nice people and did a good job. If we had any problems they were able to come out right away and fix them.

I called Angel since they are nearby. He was here and checking out the problem within 2 hours. He found the motor was bad. He was able to get a new one that same day. Ray, the owner, returned the same day after 5pm with the new motor. He installed it and it runs great. Ray also blew our the drain line from the handler.

Ray also determined the $500 part was handled by warranty, so I only paid for his labour and service call. A very reasonable $200

He came out right away and was on time. He fixed the problem.

We called because our AC stopped working. It was making noises but no cool air coming out. They were here really fast considering it was a Friday afternoon call. Came right away and worked on the AC to get it working for us. We needed a new motor. He got it up and working for the night and came back first thing in the morning and put in the new motor. He checked out the system and we were back up feeling C O L D air again. Can you say Ahhhhhhhhhhh Ray provided fast and friendly service and we will use him again when the need arises, no question. Feels like family helping out.. Thank you so much you guys are a God send.

They are wonderful!,,I have used them for years after getting ripped off by a very well known company in town. Ray came out the first time years ago and told be it was an easy fix that I didn't need the coils washed or unit replaced. He then fixed my unit until it died years later. He could have easily made me purchase a new unit but he said I could get a few years out of it with this cheap fiix! Boy was I happy! I have used him at my business and my homes I have around the state! i will pay his travel time outside the county because i trust them so much! his travel time isnt that much either! it is worth every penny since i saved thousands of $$$ over the years with Ray! I only trust angel air! I had a home in Jupiter Florida that my tenant told me the air repairman said need to be replaced. I called ray and he went down and fixed it for less than $100 including travel time. He told me it was something simple and the unit is perfect after he fixed it!5 years later it is great! So many people get ripped off with air conditioner repairs and I had it happen to me before. You can't go wrong with Angel Air! They are honest and reliable and don't charge you an arm and a leg for repairs, especially on the weekend when air conditioners love to go out! I can't say enough! I have used him for over 9 years and love them!! That is why I took the time to write this review! I don't want people to get ripped off by other air repair men! Use Angel Air and you will never use anyone else! They are the best!,

I like Ray a lot. In addition to making things work that didn't before I called him, his best feature is his willingness to clearly explain all aspects of his work to a lay person. I found this quite valuable. Although I did ask him to quote on an HVAC system for the house, I chose to use another contractor primarily because Ray's quote was both more expensive for the same gear, and because Ray's solution wasn't nearly as comprehensive. I would use Ray for repairs and maintenance again in a heartbeat, but I'm not sure he's the best choice for a full end-to-end system install with top of the line gear. Of course, since I don't know how the new vendor is going to do for that, you'll have to stay tuned for a few months to learn whether or not I made the right decision. In any case, if something's broken, feel comfortable calling Ray. He's cool.
