Install went very well. The bad part of the installer was there was 3 heavy down pours near the end of the job. They had to organized a very large holding tank and the softer and carbon filters, chlorination and salt tanks in a small area. We started out by chlorinating the lines in the house since that had to sit for 5 hours. Then they started tearing out the old pump and water system. Installed the pump, sanitized my current tanks and rebedded with new carbon and other mineral to handle the issues with my water. After finishing up reinstalling all of the equipment. We walked through how to maintain the system and check the chlorine levels on a weekly basis. Charles followed up with us after the install to make sure that all of the issues determine wrong with previous system had been corrected. Had an issue/question with the install. He had is guys stop by and verify that everything is working correctly.
Charles asked a lot of questions to make sure that all of my current water issues would be corrected. He was the only company that I had come out for an estimate to really determine the issues. The other companies just wanted to install and Iron breaker and did not every ask about iron bacteria or why we had a chlorine pump on the system.

After I gave the go-ahead, they went to my home (while I was at work) and installed the unit. Everything was installed and working when I got home from work. The company had not received a deposit, credit card number, or anything. It's refreshing to know there are still companies that conduct busines the good old-fashion way! The owner came back later with a supply of salt.

When I called the owner, Charles, and discussed what I was looking for; he told me of various systems that I could use. The next day,Sean, one of the techs, was out taking water samples. Couple days later, Charles phoned me with a plan. We set up an install date and two techs came out to do the install. Jason and Sean, the techs, were on time, polite and good natured, professional and had the job done in one day. The system was explained to me and what needed to be checked on a regular basis. The water quality was superb; no sulfur smell or taste, and excellent softness. I highly recommend these guys and their system.

I contacted this company to service a water system on a well property that I had just purchased. I had no experience with well systems so needed them to not only service the system but also explain how it works and what I needed to do to maintain it. The service Technician (Sean) arrived within the appointment time frame and was very knowledgable about the system. He was very patient and took his time to explain how to maintain it. I felt the service fee of $45.00 was very reasonable for the time they spent at the property. Additionally, since 06/26, I had called their office on two separate occasions to ask some more questions. I spoke with the owner and his wife and they were both very helpful and took time out of their schedule to assist me. I was very impressed by their service and expertise would definately use them again. :-)
