+ -1 moreFinally, it was settled, but it took several days of phone calls and two house calls were necessary. The second technician recognized what had probably happened. He also said our router was wrong for the high-speed internet service we pay for! We were surprised that who ever took our initial phone call would be so careless.
Description of Work: I called to put my service in "vacation," mode since we were going to be gone, and they started the "vacation" service one week early...which meant we couldn't get our channels. It was a big deal to get things restarted...numerous phone calls and two house calls.
