Quality work at a very reasonable price. From the initial request for an estimate to the paver selection process, the installation, and the cleaning up of the driveway and street, the Royal Landscape Nursery team was so professional! Because the project was so well managed and coordinated, we were incredibly impressed at how quickly the job was completed. We’re extremely happy with the results. And, we’ve received many compliments from our neighbors.

Royal took way too long to get this project completed. Contract signed in March and just now finished in late July. There were delays in getting the order placed for the pavers. Then once received by Royal, it took many trips by their crews to get the job completed. The installation itself looks fine, it just took too long and too many visits by different crews to be completed.

Within three weeks, invasive Bermuda grass (which will eventually kill the St. Augustine) appeared throughout the resodded area. My lawn maintenance company noticed it after three weeks and immediately suggested that Royal should remove and replace it. Within the next few days, sod moths appeared, only in the area with the new sod. In other areas from the same delivery, we've seen crabgrass, more Bermuda, and a noticeable lack of uniform growth. When contacted, exactly 32 days after the purchase, Royal said there was no warranty on the sod. They blamed the sod wholesaler. They blamed Mother Nature. They blamed me. They blamed my yard guy. I've lived in Orlando for 18 years and dealt with unscrupulous roofers, sketchy contractors and devious auto repair shops, but this was BY FAR the worst retail experience of my life. The response was insulting and I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere for any gardening needs. You'll not only be wasting time and money, but your own sweat equity. I'm facing the very real possibility of having to strip it, somehow dispose of the corrupted sod, and starting all over again. When somebody says in derogatory fashion, "I would not hire those clowns to mow my lawn," I know what they mean, quite literally. Prepare to be disappointed, frustrated and furious. Take your money elsewhere.

Installers did not cover my pool - when I asked them to do this they said it did not need to be done. They cut existing concrete edging and dumped it into the pool (which was full). They did not offer to clean this up. They laid pavers and did not install the drains that they had included in the price, this causes flooding back to the house in our daily FL rains and standing water of 3-4 inched on the pool deck. There was so much debris in the pool that the pool filter and housing exploded and had to be replaced. $00 and the pool refilled $150. The pool was still running and half empty before I got home to discover this. They claimed this happened because the pool had a leak - even when I showed him the exploded filter and housing that had flooded all over the pool equipment area. They did not do the work they had agreed to in the scope of the project, they disrespected my property in the process and broke additional equipment and they thought this was doing a good job.

Royal did a great job on my pavers and I couldn't be more pleased. Installer Julio and his crew took time to do it right and made it look fantastic. Their price was very reasonable and they were prompt and responsive when I called. I will gladly recommend Royal to anyone needing pavers or landscaping installed.

Everything went well...they showed up on time and got the job done on time. We get nothing but compliments on the new pavers.

Pretty delivered what they said they would. The salesman after giving us quote said he couldn't honor it, as prices had changed. We complained to management. The salesman was eventually let go, and they honored the price.

Reasonably priced, very nice staff and most importantly the work was BEAUTIFULLY done. They installed a concrete barrier all the way around the sidewalk to insure that it would stay intact for years to come. Overall, we were very impressed with the service and would use them again.

Quality of plant material was excellent. Employees performance was excellent. Some times had problem with someone getting back to me as requested. Required second call on my part. Overall job was excellent, and clean up was excellent. Reputable family business.

it took them over a month and a half to begin work after my half down deposit. I received a notice of lein which means they used the deposit not to pay for the pavers but to put in their pockets. The work was fair at best. There were a lot of cut marks on the pavers where they had cut other bricks. They said they would be replaced but 3 months later nothing.

I was in Europe and left them to install the turf and irrigation. Upon my arrival back to my house I found that all they had done was dig up the old grass and throw new mats of turf down. There had been no leveling, no care, no fertilizers, the irrigation system that I had specifically said not to install was the one installed. I then telephoned to complain and it wasn’t until I said I would visit them personally that I had a response. The sales man came back out to talk to me and went through my complaints. After I told them I would cancel my visa payment they sent back another team to reinstall the correct irrigation. At the end of the day the sales man came back to check the job and told me that it needed about another 6-8 mats of turf and that someone would drop them by in a few days. 2 weeks have gone by and I haven’t seen a thing from them, half the turf looks dead and it is only because I have added fertilizers and so on to try and revive it that i have any garden left. About the only time this company make any contact is the second they lay the last piece of turf they are on the telephone for the 2nd payment, Not happy, not a good job and they just didn’t care. It was my mistake as I had to rush to Europe and didn’t check them out before I ordered and paid BIG MISTAKE!!!!!

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. I THINK FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK WE HAD DONE WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. WE WERE OK WITH WHAT THEY GAVE US. IT TOOK THEM A LITTLE WHILE TO CALL BACK AFTER THEY GAVE US A QUOTE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FINE.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. IT IS NOTHING SPECTACULAR. THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE HIRED TO DO. THE PRICING IS FINE. COMPARED TO OUR NEIGHBORS WE ARE ALL GETTING THE SAME RATE. THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY TELL US THEY ARE GOING TO BE. THEY NEVER LEAVE ANY JUNK BEHIND. THEY COME AND GO AND DO A GOOD JOB ON THEIR WORK.
